environment variable string\n- **config** `?Object` optional config\n  - **testJSON** `?boolean=false` whether to test if `s` is a JSON. `testJSON` takes effect ahead of `arrayDelimiter`.\n  - **arrayDelimiter** `?string=','` by default, it will try to split the env variable into array with `arrayDelimiter`.
