Karr Lab build utilities\n\nThis package performs several aspects of the Karr Lab's build system:\n\n* Create repositories with our default directory structure and files\n\n  * Files for packaging Python code\n  * Sphinx documentation configuration\n  * CircleCI build configuration\n\n* Tests code with Python 2 and 3 using pytest locally, using a Docker image, or using the CircleCI local executor\n* Uploads test reports to our test history server\n* Uploads coverage report to Coveralls\n* Generates HTML API documentation using Sphinx\n\nThe build system is primarily designed for:\n\n* Code that is implemented with Python 2/3\n* Tests that can be run with pytest\n* Code that is documented with Sphinx in Napolean/Google style\n* Continuous integration with CircleCI\n\n##
