When looking back to\nthe implementing of this, I learnt that GUI programming probably should not be\ndone in a rather low level language. Perhaps Python would have been a more\nappropriate choice.\n\nThe commit history contains indecipherable commit messages as this was\nfiltered from a larger repository (which in turn was converted from an earlier\nSVN repository).\n\nRequirements:\n\nLibraries:\nGtk+2   2.4.0\nImlib2  1.1.2\n\n\nFiletypes:\n\nThese are configurable from the GUI.\n\nZIP:\nunzip\nhttp://www.info-zip.org/\ntested: UnZip 5.52 of 28 February 2005, by Info-ZIP.\n\nRAR:\nunrar version 3.4.3\nhttp://www.rarlabs.com/rar_add.htm\nEven the shareware program rar can be used instead of this (they have \nthe same command line arguments)\nNOTE: unrar version 3.6.2 appears to have some problems with filenames \nof archived files supplied from the command line (in some locales).\nAlso rar version 3.51 appears to have the same problems.\n\nTAR gz/bz2\nsome version of tar that supports piping through the decompression \nprograms in one command.\ntested: GNU tar 1.15.1 with bzip2 1.0.4 and gzip 1.3.11\n\n\nInstallation:\n\nThe normal procedure should work:\n\n./configure\nmake\n\nThe name of the generated binary is \"sequview\".
