The core code is due to Lees and\nPark (1995) and uses the conventions of Percival and Walden (1993).\n\n\n== Requirements ==\n\n * Building pymutt requires the python-dev package.\n * Using pymutt requires numpy.\n * Most of the examples also require matplotlib.\n\n\n== Installation ==\n\nPymutt builds and installs properly on\n    * win7-64 using 32-bit python\n    * linux-64 using 64-bit python\nIt almost surely installs properly on\n    * linux-32 and\n    * win-32.\nIt currently fails on win7-64 using 64-bit python.\n\nTo install pymutt execute\n\n    {{{python setup.py build}}}\n\nand as root or administrator\n\n    {{{python setup.py install}}}\n\nOn windows I used *mingw* and the *mingw shell*.\n\n\n== Usage ==\n\nGo to the examples subdirectory and execute\n\n    {{{python runme.py}}}\n    \nand it will print out help for runme.py as well as the self docs for\npymutt.
