Crawler is writen in [golang](https://github.com/golang/go) and you can see example for crawling [czech online newspaper](https://www.idnes.cz/) [with windows1250 to utf8 encoding](https://github.com/landrisek/contentbot/blob/master/src/demo.go#L32).
