these commands:\n```\nsudo apt-get install python3-pip libgl1 libglib2.0-0\npip3 install zetastitcher\n```\n\n## Docker image\nTo build a docker image with ZetaStitcher:\n```\nmake docker\n```\nYou can call the stitching commands using an ephemeral container like this:\n```\ndocker run -it -v`pwd`:/home --rm zetastitcher stitch-align -h\ndocker run -it -v`pwd`:/home --rm zetastitcher stitch-fuse
