partitioning chunks into Hypercore feeds where\ncalling `callback(err, parts)` with an error if one occurs or `parts`,\nan array of hypercore feeds. `opts` can be:\n\n```js\n{\n  bufferSize: 4096, // for the multipart state.\n\n#### `state.offset`\n\nThe current read offset for the multipart state.\n\n#### `state.blocks`\n\nThe number of blocks in the multipart state.\n\n#### `state.page`\n\nThe current page of the multipart state.\n\n#### `state.stats`\n\nStats (if available) for the multipart state.\n\n#### `state.masterKey`\n\nThe master key for the multipart state.\n\n##
