file-following in Rust for people who care about line numbers.\n\n### Goals\n\n- Provide line numbers with each line yielded\n- Ability to exit the watch loop programmatically\n- Deals with file rotations automatically\n- Cross-platform async \n- Configurable (which line to start on, delays and retries)\n- Easy to use synchronously\n- Easy to use asynchronously\n  - Can receive data from a standard lib a [Channel](https://doc.rust-lang.org/std/sync/mpsc/fn.channel.html)\n  - Can receive data from a `Stream` from the [Futures library](https://github.com/alexcrichton/futures-rs)\n  \n### Usage\n\nYou can use this tool as a lib and as a binary:\n\n#### As lib\n\nSome features (e.g. receiving as a `Stream`, and Serde derive for lib-provided structs) are feature-gated, so\nkeep that in mind when adding as a dependency (refer to `Cargo.toml` for list of features)\n\n#### As a binary\n\n`cargo install chase --features=binary`\n\n```shell\nChases a file through thick and
