In general, access control cannot fully\ncapture all requirements. In particular, for exceptional situations it\nis hard to formulate access control policies taking all possible\nlegitimate accesses into account.  Exceptional Access Control is an\napproach for allowing users to override access control decisions in,\ne.g., emergency situations. Different approaches and techniques\nhave been presented how to allow the user to override access control\nrestrictions in a controlled way, e.g., **Break (the) Glass**. Break\nGlass Access Control allows users to override access control decision\nin a controlled manner. \n\nThis project contains an XACML PDP/PEP infrastructure supporting \n_Break Glass Access Control_. \n\n## Team \n\nMain developers:\n\n* [Achim D.
