The `rubin_sim` package was built to help\nunderstand the predicted performance of the LSST.\n\nThe `rubin_sim` package contains the following main modules: \n* `phot_utils` - provides synthetic photometry\nusing provided throughput curves based on current predicted performance.\n* `skybrightness` incorporates the ESO\nsky model, modified to match measured sky conditions at the LSST site,\nincluding an addition of a model for twilight skybrightness.
