Have a running [Kubernetes](https://kubernetes.io/docs/setup/) environment\n2. Setup [Helm](https://github.com/kubernetes/helm)\n3. Setup [Brigade](https://github.com/Azure/brigade) core\n\n## Install\n\n### From File\nClone Brigade GitLab Gateway and change directory\n```bash\n$ git clone https://github.com/lukepatrick/brigade-gitlab-gateway\n$ cd brigade-gitlab-gateway\n```\nHelm install brigade-gitlab-gateway\n\u003e note name and namespace can be customized. \n```bash\n$ helm install --name gl-gw ./charts/brigade-gitlab-gateway\n```\n\n### From Repo\nAdd this project as a helm repo\n\n```bash\n$ helm repo add glgw https://lukepatrick.github.io/brigade-gitlab-gateway\n$ helm install -n gl-gw glgw/brigade-gitlab-gateway\n```\n\n## Building from Source\nYou must have the Go toolchain, make, and dep installed. In your GitLab project, go to Settings -\u003e Integrations. Depending on how you set up \nyour Kubernetes and the GitLab Gateway will determine your externally accessable host/IP/Port. Out of the box the gateway sets up as LoadBalancer; use the host/Cluster IP and check the GitLab Gateway Kubernetes Service for the external port (something like 30001).\n\nEnter that IP/Port and URL at the Webhook Integration URL. The Secret Token will be the same string used in the Brigade Project *values.yaml* `sharedSecret` property.\n\nCheck the boxes for the Trigger events to publish from the GitLab instance.
