The code is provided \"as is\".**\n\nMapMap is a free video mapping software.\n\nProjection mapping, also known as video mapping and spatial augmented\nreality, is a projection technology used to turn objects, often\nirregularly shaped, into a display surface for video projection.\nThese objects may be complex industrial landscapes, such as buildings.\nBy using specialized software, a two or three dimensional object is\nspatially mapped on the virtual program which mimics the real\nenvironment it is to be projected on. The software can interact with a\nprojector to fit any desired image onto the surface of that object.\nThis technique is used by artists and advertisers alike who can add\nextra dimensions, optical illusions, and notions of movement onto\npreviously static objects.
