Check out [redux-tap](https://github.com/markdalgleish/redux-tap).\n\n## Usage\n\nFirst, add some `analytics` metadata to your actions using the [Flux Standard Action](https://github.com/acdlite/flux-standard-action) pattern:\n\n```js\nconst action = {\n  type: 'MY_ACTION',\n  meta: {\n    analytics: {\n      type: 'my-analytics-event',\n      payload: {\n        some: 'data',\n        more: 'stuff'\n      }\n    }\n  }\n};\n```\n\nNote that the `analytics` metadata must also be a [Flux Standard Action](https://github.com/acdlite/flux-standard-action). If this isn't the case, an error will be printed to the console.\n\nThen, write the middleware to handle the presence of this metadata:\n\n```js\nimport analytics from 'redux-analytics';\nimport track from 'my-awesome-analytics-library';\n\nconst middleware = analytics(({ type, payload }) =\u003e track(type, payload));\n```\n\nIf you need to expose shared analytics data to multiple events, your entire state tree is provided as the second argument.\n\n```js\nimport analytics from 'redux-analytics';\nimport track from 'my-awesome-analytics-library';\n\nconst middleware = analytics(({ type, payload }, state) =\u003e {\n  track(type, { ...state.analytics, ...payload });\n});\n```\n\nIf you'd like to use a different meta property than `analytics`, a custom selector function can be provided as the second argument.\n\nThe selector function is only invoked if the action has a `meta` property, and is provided the entire action as an argument.
