Clone this repo (with submodules for tools)\n   ```\n   git clone --recurse-submodules https://github.com/Materials-Consortia/namespace-cheminformatics.git\n   ```\n   Or, if you have already cloned this repo without the submodules, init them with:\n   ```\n   git submodule update --init --recursive\n   ```\n\n2. Run make.\n\n4.
