This tool guides you through the process of setting up table partitions and migrating data efficiently.\n\nIf you need PostgreSQL-as-a-Service with support for the `pg_partman` extension, consider [Neon](https://neon.tech/). You can then run the tool directly using `npx`:\n\n```bash\nnpx partman-wizard\n```\n\nFollow the configuration steps and enjoy your partitioned tables.\n\n## Configure partition maintenance\n\nTo keep your partitions up-to-date, set up a cron job to run maintenance tasks. Due to the complexity of cloud deployments and PostgreSQL itself, this wizard cannot set it up for you.\n\nMake sure to run the following SQL query at least once per day.
