This repository involves two projects. First the ESP32 flash\nand secondly the wake word detection.\n\n## Shoutout\nBig shoutout to [atomic14](https://github.com/atomic14) and his project [diy-alexa](https://github.com/atomic14/diy-alexa).\nThis is where I took inspiration and guidlines on how to make this project work.\n\n## How It Works\n\n### Wake Word Detection\n\nThe wake word detection will be done with tensorflow. After a model is trained with the\nrequired data it is converted to a tensorflow lite model. Then the tensorflow lite model\nis transcribed to an applicable format for the use with the ESP32.\n\n### ESP32 Flash\nThe ESP32 will be mostly in doze mode recording surrounding sound and try to detect the wake word\nwith the tensorflow lite model.
