For the left side, just mirror it in your slicer.\nWe suggest to cut off the RP2040 cover in the slicer. This allows you to print it on the bed with the top side facing down. This way the surface will be smoother.\nI'm going to attach the 3MF flie I created for my BambuLab P1s as a reference. Please modify your filament settings accordingly.\n\nThe firmware is attached under releases.\n\n*Inportant*:\nI just noted, that the batch I handed out during '38C3' is faulty:\nthe left PCB is 1,6mm thick instead of 1,2mm.\nIn case you are affected by this, please contact me!\nI'm going to order replacement PCB's and ship them to you in case you received the wrong PCB.\nI'm sorry! I noticed while scrolling through my order history today.\n\n## Items\n\n### Packliste\n\n| Item                            | Anzahl benötigt | auf Reserve | Anzahl insgesamt | Kommentar |\n| ------------------------------- | --------------- | ----------- | ---------------- | --------- |\n| PCB-links                       | 1               | 0           | 1                |           |\n| PCB-rechts                      | 1               | 0           | 1                |           |\n| SJ-3524-SMT-TR Buchsen          | 2               | 0           | 2                |           |\n| SOD123F Dioden                  | 52              | 8           | 60               |           |\n| Waveshare 2040-zero             | 2               | 0           | 2                |           |\n| M2 4mm screws                   | 10              | 5           | 15               |           |\n| M2 3mm x 3.5mm heat set inserts | 10              | 5           | 15               |           |\n| 6mm diameter bumpons            | 8               | 7           | 15               |           |\n| male-to-male TRS cable          | 1               | 0           | 1                |           |\n\n### Bring your own\n\n| Item                   | Anzahl benötigt | Kommentar           |\n| ---------------------- | --------------- | ------------------- |\n| USB-C Kabel            | 1               |                     |\n| Gateron KS-33 switches | 52              | bspw. bei nuphy.com |\n| Keycaps                | 52              |                     |\n| 3D-gedrucktes Case     | 1               |                     |\n\n## Case\n\nEs empfielt sich, bei der Oberseite des Cases die Abdeckungen im Slicer zu entfernen und das Case mit der Oberseite nach unten zu drucken. So wird die Oberfläche glatter und es ist kein Support notwendig.\n\nNachdem das Case gedruckt wurde, empfielt es sich zu testen, ob das PCB vernünftig passt.\nBei manchen Druckern kann es sein, dass die Tolleranzen zu groß sind und das PCB nicht passt.\n\n## Firmware\n\nDie Firmware die wir empfelen findet sich unter \u003chttps://github.com/ALinkbetweenNets/vial-qmk-ik.git\u003e.\\\nIm Vergleich zur originalen Firmware von ianmaclarty/vial-qmk-ik, haben wir uns drum bemüht, eine möglichst standardisierte Firmware zu erstellen.\n\nFeatures:\n\n* VIAL Support ist enabled.\n* n-key rollover ist enabled.\n\n```sh\ndocker build -t qmk-firmware --build-arg source_repo=https://github.com/ALinkbetweenNets/vial-qmk-ik.git --build-arg keymap=handwired/ianmaclarty/ik1_2:vial .\ndocker run --rm qmk-firmware sh -c 'tar cf - *.uf2' | tar xvvf -\n```\n\n## Assembly\n\n1. Firmware auf die Pi's flashen\n2. zuerst das linke PCBs mit Dioden sowie dem Waveshare 2040-zero bestücken\n3. Alle Tasten mit einer Pinzette testen\n4. Nun das rechte PCB mit Dioden sowie dem Waveshare 2040-zero bestücken\n5. Auf beiden PCB's die Buchsen verlöten\n6. Nun die rechten und linken PCB's mit einem TRS Kabel verbinden\n7. Die rechte PCB Hälfte testen\n8. PCB in das Case einsetzen\n9. Switche einsetzen\n10. Switche löten\n11. Erneut alle Tasten testen\n12. Pins abschneiden\n13. Heat set inserts auf der Cases Unterseite einsetzen\n14. Zuschrauben\n15. Bumpons auf die Unterseite kleben\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fmayniklas%2Fik-groupbuy","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fmayniklas%2Fik-groupbuy","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fmayniklas%2Fik-groupbuy/lists"}
