Model.ipynb\n- train test deep learning models \n\n2. ShapInterpretation.ipynb\n- shap value calculation for each feature \n\n3. MergeShapChunks.ipynb \n- merge shap files to create one file per model\n\n4. ShapTopGenes.ipynb \n- Get top 20 genes for each cancer types \n\n5.
