Made with OpenSCAD.\n\n![Volca Case](docs/volca_case_01.jpg)\n\n![Volca Case Family](docs/volca_case_02.gif)\n\nThe lid can be removed without unplugging any cables:\n![Volca Case](docs/volca_case_03.jpg)\n\n## How to build one\nDownload pre-made 2D templates [from the releases page](https://github.com/mbugert/volca-case/releases) or customize and create your own template (see below). Then, feed the template to a lasercutter and assemble the case using some glue.\nIf you don't know where to lasercut, check the internet to find a nearby FabLab/Makerspace which owns a lasercutter.\n\n## How to customize\nMultiple things about the case can be customized, such as:\n* case thickness\n* laser kerf compensation\n* larger cutouts to accomodate space for bulky plugs\n* disabling cutouts in the lid altogether\n\nThe case is made with OpenSCAD. You will need to install:\n* [OpenSCAD](http://www.openscad.org/), version 2015.03\n* the [lasercut](https://github.com/bmsleight/lasercut) library\n* the (**linux only!**) [laserscad](https://github.com/mbugert/laserscad/) library, at least version 0.3.x\n\nOnce these are set up, you can customize the case by changing stuff in ``src/modules/case_settings.scad``.
