Performance Evaluation System (Django)\n\nA web-based performance evaluation platform built with Django, designed for multi-organization environments (holding / factory / department groups) with role-based access, workflow approvals, and manager/admin reporting.\n\n## Key Features\n- Multi-organization scoping (Holding, Factory, DepartmentGroup)\n- Role-based access for Admins and Managers\n- Evaluation workflow and approval states (signatures and audit-ready structure)\n- Manager dashboards and reports (including print-friendly views)\n- CSV / PDF / Print-ready reporting paths\n- Structured import and maintenance scripts\n\n## Tech Stack\n- Python / Django\n- PostgreSQL (intended for production)\n- HTML, CSS, JavaScript (server-rendered templates)\n- Chart.js for reporting visuals\n- SharePoint Lists, Libraries, and Custom Views\n- Portfolio \u0026 Resource Management Concepts\n\n## Repository Structure\n- `core/` – Main application logic (models, views, approvals, workflow, templates, static files)\n- `project/` – Django project configuration (settings, URLs, WSGI/ASGI)\n- `scripts/` – Utility scripts for imports, analysis, and maintenance\n- `docs/` – Technical documentation and design notes\n\n### Database Design\nThe database schema is defined and managed through Django models and migrations, ensuring consistency across environments.\n\n## Local Setup\n1. Create and activate a virtual environment\n\n2. Install dependencies:\n   ```bash\n   pip install -r requirements.txt\n   ```\n\n3. Configure environment variables locally (`.env` is excluded from version control)\n\n4.
