It\nbasically allows you to look at the raster data produced by any of the standard\nCUPS RIP filters (cgpdftoraster, imagetoraster, pdftoraster, and pstoraster) and\nis normally used to either test those filters or look at the data that is being\nsent to your raster printer driver.\n\nRasterView is licensed under the Apache License Version 2.0.\n\nMore information can be found at:\n\n    https://www.msweet.org/rasterview\n\n\nRequirements\n------------\n\nIf you plan on (re)compiling it, you'll need FLTK (\u003chttp://www.fltk.org/\u003e) 1.1.x\nor later and a C++ compiler.\n\n\nHow to Compile\n--------------\n\nRun the following commands:\n\n    ./configure\n    make\n\n\nHow to Use\n----------\n\nThe program is called \"rasterview\" on UNIX/Linux, \"RasterView.app\" on macOS, and\n\"RasterView.exe\" on Windows.  Run the program and then open a raster file, or\npass the filename on the command-line.  You can view multiple files\nsimultaneously.\n\nThe \"test\" subdirectory includes a script for generating raster data using the\nstandard RIP filters.
