No YAML editing required.\n\n---\n\n## Features\n\n- **Panel overview** — main 3-phase meter plus all circuit breakers in one view\n- **Per-circuit metrics** — live watts (W), amperes (A), and kWh today\n- **Load bar** — visual load indicator relative to the breaker's rated current\n- **Remote toggle** — turn individual circuits on/off directly from the card\n- **Critical circuit protection** — lock icon replaces the toggle for circuits that must never be switched off accidentally\n- **3-phase circuits** — rendered in their own row with a 3φ badge\n- **Device hierarchy** — expand any circuit to see the devices wired behind it, including Shelly multi-channel support (4PM, 2PM)\n- **HDO tariff bar** — optional NT/VT status with countdown to the next switch\n- **GUI config editor** — full visual editor with entity searchboxes; no manual YAML required\n\n---\n\n## Requirements\n\n### Home Assistant\n\n- Home Assistant 2024.1 or newer\n\n### Smart devices\n\nThe card works with any entities exposed to HA. Tested with:\n\n| Device | Usage |\n|---|---|\n| Tuya smart circuit breakers | Switch + power + current + energy entities per breaker |\n| Shelly 1PM / 2PM / 4PM | Per-device or per-channel power and current monitoring |\n| Any HDO integration | `switch.hdo` + next-change sensors |\n\n### HACS\n\nInstall the card through [HACS](https://hacs.xyz) as a **Frontend** resource, or add `dist/electricity-panel-card.js` to your Lovelace resources manually.\n\n---\n\n## Installation\n\n### Via HACS (recommended)\n\n1. Open HACS → Frontend → **+ Explore \u0026 download repositories**\n2. Search for **Electricity Panel Card** and download\n3. Reload your browser\n4. Add the card to any dashboard via the card picker\n\n### Manual\n\n1. Download `electricity-panel-card.js` from the [latest release](../../releases/latest)\n2. Copy it to `config/www/electricity-panel-card.js`\n3. In HA go to **Settings → Dashboards → Resources** and add:\n   ```\n   /local/electricity-panel-card.js\n   ```\n4. Reload the browser\n\n---\n\n## Configuration\n\nAll configuration is done through the built-in card editor — click **Edit** on the card in the dashboard.\n\nThe editor has three sections:\n\n**Main meter** — entity pickers for L1/L2/L3 power, L1/L2/L3 current, and energy today. Leave empty if you don't have a smart main meter.\n\n**HDO** — entity pickers for the tariff switch, next-high and next-low sensors, and the workday sensor. The HDO bar is hidden if no switch is configured.\n\n**Circuits** — add and configure breakers. For each circuit:\n- Name and ID\n- 1-phase or 3-phase selector\n- Critical flag (replaces toggle with lock icon)\n- Rated current in A (used for the load bar)\n- Entity pickers for switch, power (W), current (A), energy (kWh today), voltage (V)\n- **Devices** — sub-list of devices behind the breaker. Each device can optionally have a switch and measurement entities. Multi-channel devices (Shelly 4PM etc.) support individual channels.\n\n---\n\n## Suggested entity naming convention\n\nTo keep config readable, rename your Tuya/Shelly entities in HA to a consistent pattern:\n\n```\nswitch.circuit_08_kitchen_left\nsensor.circuit_08_kitchen_left_power      (W)\nsensor.circuit_08_kitchen_left_current    (A)\nsensor.circuit_08_kitchen_left_energy     (kWh today)\n\nswitch.shelly_heating_zone_1\nsensor.shelly_heating_zone_1_power\n```\n\n---\n\n## Examples\n\nSee the [`examples/`](examples/) folder for a standalone HDO dashboard YAML view (uses `custom:button-card` + `card-mod`).\n\n---\n\n## Development\n\n```bash\nnpm install\nnpm run build      # build to dist/\nnpm run watch      # rebuild on file changes\n```\n\nThe output `dist/electricity-panel-card.js` is committed to the repository — HACS requires this.\n\n---\n\n## License\n\nMIT — see [LICENSE](LICENSE).\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fmichailjovic%2Felectricity-card","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fmichailjovic%2Felectricity-card","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fmichailjovic%2Felectricity-card/lists"}
