It can create, edit, train and visualize HMMs. HMMLab supports loading/saving HMMs from/to HTK files.\n\nCompilation\n```````````\n\nBefore compilation you must install:\n\n - `SWIG \u003chttp://swig.org/\u003e`_\n - `GSL \u003chttp://www.gnu.org/software/gsl/\u003e`_\n - `Graphviz \u003chttp://www.graphviz.org/\u003e`_\n - `Libxml2 \u003chttp://www.xmlsoft.org/\u003e`_\n - `PyGObject \u003chttps://live.gnome.org/PyGObject/\u003e`_ for **Python3**.\n\nYou must use **Python3**.\n\nGo to ``hmmlab/`` directory:\n\n::\n\n  $ python3 setup.py build\n  $ sudo python3 setup.py install\n\nNow you have a script in ``/usr/bin`` named ``hmmlab``.\n\nOr on a rpm distibution you can simply download the rpm package in the `dist \u003chttps://github.com/microo8/hmmlab/tree/master/dist\u003e`_ section. It will install all dependencies.\n\nYou must create a configuration file in ``~/.config/hmmlab.conf`` and it might look like:\n\n::\n\n  [mainwindow]\n  width = 800\n  height = 600\n\n  [model]\n  width = 80\n  height = 40\n\nRunning ``$ hmmlab`` will start the **HMMLab** application.
