transform an OpenAPI 2.0 spec into an array of operations.\n\nThis opens up the use of higher order functions (map, filter, reduce, etc)\nto process the spec for your own needs.\n\n## Boolean\n}\n```\n\n#### mode\n\nThere are two perspectives when building OpenAPI tools, either\ndelivering services from the server or consuming services from a client.\n\nWhen on the server an API will potentially `consume` and/or `produce`\nspecific formats of content.\n\nOn the client however these are inverted and more commonly known by the\nterms `contentTypes` and `accepts`. These align with the HTTP request headers \n`Content-Type` (the content format you're sending to the server) and `Accept` \n(the content format(s) you expect the server to respond with).\n\nTo choose your perspective you can define a `mode`.\n\n`mode === 'server'` // default\n\n- operation.consumes\n- operation.produces\n\n`mode === 'client'`\n\n- operation.contentTypes\n- operation.accepts\n\n#### includeBase\n\nAn OpenAPI spec contains a number of top level details such as an\n`info` property with the spec title and description, or a\n`securityDefinitions` object defining global security options.
