It looks at differences in vep versions as well as differences in the vcf2maf and vcf2maf-light convertors.\n\n![Workflow Diagram](assets/pipeline.png)\n\n## Usage\n\n\u003e [!NOTE]\n\u003e If you are new to Nextflow and nf-core, please refer to [this page](https://nf-co.re/docs/usage/installation) on how to set-up Nextflow.
