Ida Gobbini published on *eNeuro*: https://doi.org/10.1523/ENEURO.0054-18.2018.\n\nAll the analysis are provided as RMarkdown notebooks; a converted HTML\nversion is already present in the directory that can be inspected using\na regular browser.\n\nSimulations are provided as Jupyter notebook. Please read the README.md\nfile in the model directory for more information. The simulations were\nrun using the singularity image for which we provide the definition file\nin the directory `singularity`.\n\nThis repository uses [packrat](https://rstudio.github.io/packrat/) to\ntrack dependencies.
