To maintain high standards and improve business operations, we have created a Power BI dashboard that offers detailed insights into sales data. This project leverages Power BI's visualization capabilities to provide actionable insights into our pizza sales.\n\n## Features\n\n- **Sales Performance Analysis**: View sales performance across different time periods.\n- **Product Insights**: Analyze which pizza products are performing best.\n- **Customer Insights**: Understand customer preferences and purchasing behavior.\n- **Interactive Filters**: Use slicers and filters for detailed analysis.\n- **Interactive Buttons**: For easier navigation between multiple reports.\n- **Dynamic Visualizations**: Utilize various Power BI visuals for an engaging user experience.\n\n## Data Sources\n\nThe data used in this project includes:\n- **Sales and Product Data**: Detailed sales transactions including date, product, quantity, amount and pizza products offered by Warner \u0026 Spencer.\n\n## Installation\n\nTo run this project locally, follow these steps:\n\n1. **Clone the Repository**:\n   ```bash\n   git clone https://github.com/navp7/PizzaSales_PowerBI.git\n   cd pizza-sales-dashboard\n   ```\n\n2. **Open Power BI**:\n   - Download and install [Microsoft Power BI Desktop](https://powerbi.microsoft.com/desktop/).\n\n3. **Load the Data**:\n   - Open the provided Power BI file (`Pizza Sales BI.pbix`).\n   - Ensure that the data source paths are correct or update them to match your local setup.\n\n4. **Refresh the Data**:\n   - Click on `Home \u003e Refresh` to load the latest data into the Power BI model.\n\n## Usage\n\nOnce you have the dashboard open in Power BI, you can interact with it using the various filters and slicers provided.
