These are now accepted for\nsubmitting articles, both in Elsevier's electronic submission system\nand elsewhere.\n\nBugs and problems with elsarticle.cls may be reported to the\ndevelopers of the class via elsarticle@stmdocs.in.\n\nThe file manifest.txt provides a list of the files in the\nelsarticle-cas bundle.  The following are the main files available:\n\n- cas-sc-template.tex, template file for single column journals\n- cas-dc-template.tex, template file for double column journals\n- cas-sc-template.pdf, PDF of the cas-sc-template.tex \n- cas-dc-template.pdf, PDF of the cas-ddc-template.tex\n- cas-common.sty, additional macro package for formatting\n  model2-names.bst, BibTeX style file\n- twitter.jpeg, linkedin.jpeg, url.jpeg, gplus.jpeg, facebook.jpeg,\n  email.jpeg - thumbnail images of social networking sites\n\nThe documentation file is elsdoc-cas.tex in the doc directory.  To\ncompile it:\n\n1. pdflatex elsdoc-cas\n2. pdflatex elsdoc-cas\n3. pdflatex elsdoc-cas\n\nor\n\nuse the makefile.
