It also provides a strategy and\ntools for managing project requirements.\n\nFeatures\n---------\n\n- Extends `setuptools` commands to install project requirements using `pip`.\n- Load project metadata (e.g. version, author, etc.) from python files\n  (or any external file).\n- Specify projects requirements in one location and generate .txt files\n  with or without version pinning.\n\n\nProject Dependencies\n---------------------\nAll of the `setup` keyword arguments used for specifying requirements\n(`install_requires`, etc.) are supported, but it is possible to let Parcyl\nbuild the values automatically and even generate a `requirements.txt` file(s).\nTo achieve this simply list all of the projects dependencies in your\n`setup.cfg`. ::\n\n    [parcyl:requirements]\n    install = requests\n              pathlib ; python_version \u003c '3.4'\n    test = pytest, tox\n    extra_foo = foo-pkg==1.0.6\n                bazz~=5.0\n    setup =\n    dev = ipdb\n          flake8\n          check-manifest\n\nEach value is mapped to the `setup` keyword arguments `install_requires`,\n`tests_require`, `extras_require`, and `setup_requires`, respectively.
