Clima\n\n`Clima` is a radiative transfer code and a climate model.\n\n## Installation\n\n### Conda\n\nClima is a module of the `photochem` package, which can be installed via conda:\n\n`conda install -c conda-forge photochem`\n\nYou can then import `clima`.\n\n```python\nfrom photochem import clima\n```\n\n### From source\n\nYou need a Fortran compiler (`gfortran\u003e=9.30`, [install instructions here](https://fortran-lang.org/learn/os_setup/install_gfortran)) and C compiler (e.g. install with `conda install -c conda-forge clang`)\n\nCreate a `conda` environment with all dependencies\n\n```sh\nconda create -n clima -c conda-forge python numpy scipy pyyaml scikit-build cython h5py\n```\n\nClone this Gitub repository: \n\n```sh\ngit clone --depth=1 --recursive https://github.com/Nicholaswogan/clima.git\n```\n\nNavigate to the root directory with a terminal, activate your new `conda` environment, then install with pip:\n\n```sh\nconda activate clima\npython -m pip install --no-deps --no-build-isolation . -v\n# or `python setup.py install`, if the above command doesn't work for some reason\n```\n\nIf your installation fails, and it is not clear why,
