This\nis now unsupported and unable to run on modern operating systems, so a replacement\nis needed\n\nIn replacing KRIS, Kronekeeper also seeks to address some of its weaknesses:\n\n* Multi-user access\n* Different block types (e.g. ABS)\n* More than 2 jumpers for a circuit (encountered in practice)\n* Accessible from iPad or desktop web browser\n* Import/Export in CSV or Spreadsheet formats\n* Ability to insert, move, remove and relabel groups of blocks\n* Full Changelog (additions, deletions or changes to the Krone frame)\n\n# Design Principles\n\n* Open source web application\n* [GNU AGPLv3](https://www.gnu.org/licenses/agpl.html) licensed\n* Hosted on Github for ease of collaboration\n* Responsive user interface for use on tablet or desktop computers\n* Able to directly import legacy KRIS databases\n\n# Deployment\n\n## Hosted Solution\n\nKronekeeper provides a fully mananaged cloud-hosted solution for your wiring records, accessible from anywhere with an internet connection. Ideal for engineers on the move, travelling between sites or supporting multiple sites.\n\n## Self-Hosted\n\nKronekeeper can be hosted on your own infrastructure as a private instance. Simply download and install the code from github onto a Linux host.
