One of the monsters wanders about \naimlessly, turning every time it bumps into anything. The other chases you \nmercilessly, but stupidly. To help manoever the monsters together the levels \ncontain walls, gates, pushable discs and freeze-pills. However, certain objects\nkill the player and some walls are invisible. Colliding with a monster is fatal\ntoo.\n\n\nFeatures\n--------\n\n- Attractive graphics\n- 20 levels of increasing difficulty\n- Redefinable keys (via a pop-up dialog box or X resources)\n- On-screen game information\n- The ability to play using a different level file\n- Simple level-file format to allow new level files to be created with\n  any text editor\n- Man page\n\n\nRequirements:\n-------------\n\nUnextended wish (Tcl 6.7/Tk 3.2 or Tcl 7.3/Tk 3.6) \n\t\nBudge runs fine on a Sparcstation ELC and IPX. Slow machines may \nhave a problem running Budge smoothly.\n\n\nCommand-line\n------------\n\nbudge [-lf \u003clevel-file\u003e]\n\n\nTo Install\n----------\n\n1. Unpack the tar archives. This should give you a budge directory\n   containing:\n\n   \tbudge.tcl6 \t- the game script for Tcl 6.7/Tk 3.2\n   \tbudge.tcl7 \t- the game script for Tcl 7.3/Tk 3.6\n   \tbudge\t\t- what the game script should be called\n   \tbudge.man \t- the man page\n   \tbudge.README\t- this file\n   \tBudge.ad\t- example X resources\n  \tlib\t\t- the budge lib directory\n2. Change directory into the budge directory\n3. Rename the appropriate budge.tcl* file to \"budge\". Ie: if you have\n   Tcl 7.3, use:\n   \t\"mv budge.tcl7 budge\"\n   If you have Tcl 6.7, use\n   \t\"mv budge.tcl6 budge\"\n4. Move the lib directory to wherever you want it. For instance:\n   \t\"mv lib /usr/lib/games/budge\"\n5. Change the \"set budge(lib) ...\" line in the budge script so that\n   budge(lib) is set to the new location of the lib directory. For\n   instance:\n   \t\"set budge(lib) /usr/lib/games/budge\"\n6. Change the first line of the budge script to reflect the location \n   of wish on your system.\n7. Move the budge script to its final location.\n8. Move the man page to its final location\n9. The game is ready to play (after a rehash, perhaps).\n\n\nAuthor\n------\n\nCopyright (c) 1994, Nat Pryce (budge@natpryce.com)\n\t\nSee the COPYRIGHT file for licensing information.\n\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fnpryce%2Fbudge","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fnpryce%2Fbudge","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fnpryce%2Fbudge/lists"}
