Environment Setup\n\n### Ubuntu\n\nInstall packages from Terminal\n\n```\nsudo apt install -y build-essential libopencv-dev\nsudo apt install -y libvulkan-dev vulkan-utils\nsudo apt install -y mesa-vulkan-drivers # For Intel GPU support\n```\n\n### Windows\n\nFor Windows, Visual Studio 2019 + Git Bash is recommended.\n\n- Download and extract OpenCV from [the official website](https://opencv.org/releases/), and add `OpenCV_DIR` to path.\n- Download [precompiled NCNN](https://github.com/Tencent/ncnn/releases).\n\n## 2. Known issues and problems\n\n- **Slow model inference - Low FPS**\n\nThis issue can happen on development builds. Add `-DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Debug` to `cmake` command and build again. The FPS can be much better.\n\n## 5. References\n\nThis toolkit is developed on top of other source code.
