The free energy and equation of motion are as follows:\n\n![Model A](./img/math_img.svg)\n\nThis program runs a 2D version of this model and allows you to change the noise strength, surface tension and free energy of mixing\nparameters as the simulation runs to get an idea of the behaviour under these changes.\n\n## Compiling and running\n\nYou'll require the Vala compiler (valac) and the following libraries to build the application:\n\n - GTK+ 3.0\n - Cairo\n - Gdk 3.0\n - GSL\n - Webkit2\n\nOnce you have the requirements installed.
