These events are coded using the\n[PLOVER](https://github.com/openeventdata/PLOVER) ontology, which is similar to\nthe [CAMEO](http://eventdata.parusanalytics.com/data.dir/cameo.html) ontology.\nTHese files can be used to test an automated coder's ability to recognize these\ntwo event types in Arabic text.\n\n`protest_gsr.csv` and `assault_gsr.csv` each have the following columns:\n\n- `accept`: the number of annotators accepting the event label as true\n- `event_type`: \"ASSAULT\" or \"PROTEST\", depending on the file\n- `id`: the ID number of the sentence\n- `label`: one of \"yes\", \"easy no\", \"difficult no\", or \"ambiguous\", depending\n    on the set of labels provided by annotators. \"yes\" is unanimous accept,\n    \"easy no\" is unanimous reject, \"hard no\" is mostly reject with a dissenting\n    accept, and \"ambiguous\" are entries with insufficent labels to be sure.\n- `reject`: the number of annotators who rejected the label.\n- `text`: the text shown to the annotator and that should be provided to the\n    event detection system\n- `total`: the total number of annotations provided on the sentence.\n\n## Span Recognition and Labeling\n\nAnother set of files (`assault_spans.json` and `protest_spans.json`) include\ninformation for the gold standard recognized events, consisting of the event\nverb, the source actor and target actor spans, and resulting CAMEO actor codes\nfor each.\n\n`source_gold`, `target_gold`, and `verb_gold` report the common identified by\nall coders as part of the span.\n\n## Petrarch validation format\n\nThe two files are also available in XML format, suitable for use in\nUniversalPetrarch.\n","project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fopeneventdata%2Farabic_event_gsr","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fopeneventdata%2Farabic_event_gsr","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fopeneventdata%2Farabic_event_gsr/lists"}
