SWECommon 2.0 Conformance Test Suite\n\n### Scope\n\nThis test suite verifies that a SWE Common Data Model Encoding Standard (SWECommon) 2.0 implementation conforms \nto [OGC 08-094r1](http://portal.opengeospatial.org/files/?artifact_id=41157) and related \nstandards. OGC test harness\n\nUse [TEAM Engine](https://github.com/opengeospatial/teamengine), the official OGC test harness.\n\n#### 4. Docker\n\nThis test suite comes with a Dockerfile which can be used to easily setup the OGC test harness with\nthe test suite.
