If you have cython\ninstalled, it will automatically be used to build pyV3D. If you do not have\ncython installed and wish to change the pyV3D cython code \n(src/pyV3D/_pyV3D.pyx),then you will need to install cython and run it on the\nfile before running 'python setup.py install'.\n\nNote: wvserver.py and the accompanying wvclient code have been removed from the\npackage. To obtain the code, you will need git to \n\n    1. Clone pyV3D:\n        'git clone https://github.com/OpenMDAO/pyV3D'\n\n    2.
