Change things from this point on\n\n===============================================\nOpenStack Baremetal Provisioning Specifications\n===============================================\n\nThis git repository is used to hold approved design specifications for\nadditions to the Baremetal Provisioning program, and in particular, the Ironic\nproject.  Reviews of the specs are done in gerrit, using a similar workflow to\nhow we review and merge changes to the code itself.\n\nThe layout of this repository is::\n\n  specs/approved/\n  specs/backlog/\n  specs/not-implemented/\n  specs/\u003crelease\u003e/\n  specs/\u003cjuno|kilo|liberty\u003e-implemented/\n\nThere are also placeholder directories for old links that have been moved.\n\nSpecifications must follow the template which can be found at\n`specs/template.rst`.\n\nSpecifications are proposed by adding them to the `specs/approved` directory,\nadding a soft link to it from the `specs/not-implemented` directory, and\nposting it for review. When a specification is fully implemented, the link in\n`specs/not-implemented` directory should be moved to the appropriate\n`specs/\u003crelease\u003e` directory. Not all approved specifications will get\nfully implemented.\n\nStarting with the Mitaka development cycle, all approved specifications\n(implemented and not-implemented) will reside in the `specs/approved`\ndirectory.\n\nAlso starting with the Mitaka development cycle, our Launchpad bug tracking\nsystem is used for tracking the work related to a specification. (This replaces\nthe use of Launchpad blueprints). The bug should be tagged with 'rfe', its\ntitle should be prefixed with '[RFE]' and the Importance should be set to\n'Wishlist'.
