Change things from this point on\n\n===============================\nOpenStack Tacker Specifications\n===============================\n\nThis git repository is used to hold approved design specifications for additions\nto the Tacker project. Reviews of the specs are done in gerrit, using a\nsimilar workflow to how we review and merge changes to the code itself.\n\nThe layout of this repository is::\n\n  specs/\u003crelease\u003e/\n\nYou can find an example spec in `specs/template.rst`.\n\nSpecifications are proposed for a given release by adding them to the\n`specs/\u003crelease\u003e` directory and posting it for review. The implementation\nstatus of a blueprint for a given release can be found by looking at the\nblueprint in launchpad. Not all approved blueprints will get fully implemented.\n\nSpecifications have to be re-proposed for every release. The review may be\nquick, but even if something was previously approved, it should be re-reviewed\nto make sure it still makes sense as written.\n\nPlease note, Launchpad blueprints are still used for tracking the\ncurrent status of blueprints.
