Closed Reference Notifier Action\n\nA GitHub action to open an issue when GitHub references in your code are closed.\nThese could be references to open pull requests or issues.\n\nQuite often you will have references like this one in your code:\n\n```js\n// workaround for https://github.com/ory/kratos/issues/364\ndsn = `${dsn}\u0026multiStatements=true`\n```\n\nYou will then either have to remind yourself to check back or (more likely) you\nwill stumble across the comment some time later to manually check whether the\nissue got fixed. This simple GitHub actions searches your whole repository for\nreferences to GitHub pulls and issues. When it finds a closed reference it will\nopen an issue in your repository. That way you will automatically be reminded to\ncheck back on the reference.\n\n## Configuration\n\nPlease note that this action has to run on node.js 14, which is currently only\npossible using a workaround. Therefore, you have to make sure this action runs\non a sufficient node version, e.g. by using this minimal job config:\n\n```yaml\njobs:\n  find_closed_references:\n    runs-on: ubuntu-latest\n    name: Find closed references\n    steps:\n      - uses: actions/checkout@v2\n      - uses: actions/setup-node@v2-beta\n        with:\n          node-version: \"14\"\n      - uses: ory/closed-reference-notifier@v1\n        with:\n          token: ${{ secrets.GITHUB_TOKEN }}\n```\n\nWe recommend having this action run regularly e.g. daily. Both, the input and the file will be concatenated.\n\nIndividual references can be marked as intentional by placing two exclamation\nmarks immediately behind the reference:\n\n```js\n// This prevents regression of github.com/testUser/testRepo/pull/420!!\nt.Skip()\n```\n\nNote that the action fails when there are more issues to be created than the\nlimit allows.
