Note: this can be easily adapted for RHEL 7 for FIPS-140-2 compliance. \n\nBy default this container will create a volume to store configuration, log and agent key data \nunder /var/ossec/data.  Additionally it is configured with a local instance of postfix to \nsend alert notifications.\n\n\n\n  \n**Launch:**\n\n        docker run -d -p 1514:1514/udp -p 1515:1515/tcp --name ossec-server \u003cimage\u003e\n\n\n**Launch with a specified Volume:**\n\n\n\tdocker volume create ossec-data\n\n\n        docker run -d -p 1514:1514/udp -p 1515:1515/tcp -v ossec-data:/var/ossec/data --name ossec-server atomicorp/ossec-docker\n\n\n**Stopping:**\n\n       docker stop ossec-server\n\n**Re-start:**\n\n       docker start ossec-server\n\n\n**Attach to running:**\n\n        docker exec -it ossec-server  bash\n\n**About**\n\nAtomicorp is your OSSEC expert which developed a set of tools and rules for managing and securing the OSSEC host intrusion detection system.
