Pkg.develop(path=\"MQDT.jl\"); Pkg.instantiate()'\n```\nAlso link against the python rydstate package via\n```bash\njulia --project=. -e 'using CondaPkg; CondaPkg.withenv() do; run(`python -m pip install -e rydstate`);
