All entries are required apart\nfrom port which defaults to 3306. The file must reside in the working\ndirectory for the application.\n\n.. code-block:: shell\n\n   ANALYSIS_DATABASE_HOST=host\n   ANALYSIS_DATABASE_NAME=name\n   ANALYSIS_DATABASE_USERNAME=username\n   ANALYSIS_DATABASE_PASSWORD=password\n   ANALYSIS_DATABASE_PORT=3306\n\nEnvironment Variables\n=====================================\n\nThe configuration items that can be configured in the .env file can\nalso be set as environment variables.\n\n*************************************\nDevelopment\n*************************************\n\nGit Pre Commit\n=====================================\n\nGit pre commit runs tests prior to a commit occurring, this helps\nreduce CICD failures.
