The 100 ms Data Access Challenge\n\nCan we use Cloudflare Workers and pgEdge to achieve \u003c100 ms data access for\nend-users located anywhere in the US and Europe?\n\nSee the corresponding blog post on [pgedge.com/blog](https://www.pgedge.com/blog).\n\n## Technical Overview\n\n- Deploy a free 3-node pgEdge PostgreSQL cluster [here](https://app.pgedge.com/).\n- Deploy the Cloudflare Worker in this repository.\n- Create a Cloudflare Hyperdrive associated with the pgEdge database and use\n  this in the Cloudflare Worker.\n- Test request latencies from across the US and Europe by deploying VMs in\n  multiple Google Cloud regions and then running the [cmd/measure-latency](cmd/measure-latency)\n  tool to determine average latencies.\n\n## Prerequisites\n\nIf you want to deploy and run this all yourself, you'll need the following:\n\n- `npm` and `npx` installed\n- Cloudflare account (free or $5/month Workers paid plan)\n- pgEdge account (free Developer Edition plan)\n- Terraform and Google Cloud (for measuring
