It gains TrustedInstaller permissions\r\n2. It will disable windefender services + smartscreen\r\n3. It will disable anti-tamper protection\r\n4. It will disable all relevant registries + wmi settings\r\n\r\n## Is it safe?\r\nYes it is safe, feel free to review the code in the repository yourself.  \r\nAnti-virus \u0026 other programs might flag this as malicious since it disables defender - but feel free to compile it using visual studio.\r\n\r\n## Compiling\r\nOpen the project using visual studio 2022 preview.  \r\nSet the build to Release and x64.  \r\nChange the build type you want in settings.hpp.  \r\nCompile.  \r\n\r\n## Demo\r\n![Demo](https://github.com/qtkite/defender-control/blob/main/resources/demo.gif?raw=true)\r\n\r\n## Release\r\nYou can find the first release over at the releases on the right.  \r\nOr alternatively click [here](https://github.com/qtkite/defender-control/releases/tag/v1.2).\r\n\r\n## Windows 11\r\nWorks for earlier versions of Windows 11. Correct registries have not been added yet for the latest version.\r\nUpdate, Trusted Installer no longer has effect on the current live versions of Windows 11. Use with caution.\r\n","funding_links":[],"categories":["Some Tricks","C++"],"sub_categories":[],"project_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fpgkt04%2Fdefender-control","html_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/projects/github.com%2Fpgkt04%2Fdefender-control","lists_url":"https://awesome.ecosyste.ms/api/v1/projects/github.com%2Fpgkt04%2Fdefender-control/lists"}
