--\u003e\n\nPediatrics extension package for ADaM in R Asset Library `{admiral}`\n\n## Purpose\n\nTo provide a complementary (to `{admiral}`) toolbox that enables users\nto develop specifics for pediatric clinical trials.\n\n## Installation\n\nThe package is available from CRAN and can be installed with:\n\n```r\ninstall.packages(\"admiralpeds\")\n```\n\nTo install the development version of the package from GitHub run:\n\n```r\n# install.packages(\"devtools\")\ndevtools::install_github(\"pharmaverse/admiralpeds\")\n```\n\n### Dependencies\n\nThe latest version of the package works with the latest versions of the\npackages stated in `DESCRIPTION`.\n\nIf a previous version of the package should be used, it is recommended\nto use latest version of the dependencies at the point of time when the\nprevious version of {admiralpeds} was released.\n\n## Scope\n\n-   Build a toolbox of re-usable functions and utilities to create\n    pediatrics-specific ADaM datasets in R in a modular manner.\n-   All functions are created based upon the ADaM Implementation Guide\n    and aim to facilitate the programming of ADaM dataset standards.\n-   Initially the package will focus on Anthropometric indicators (i.e.\n    child growth/development charts).\n\n## Expectations\n\n`{admiralpeds}` is expected to complement `{admiral}` and provide\nfunctions to help with the creation of versions for developers and users will follow the same as\n    `{admiral}` core package.\n-   For development the `main` branch of `{admiral}` core is used as a\n    dependency.
