That can cause some issues, such as when dealing with `Promises` or `Observables`. Alternatively, you can assign a `key`, which you can use to set up specific values that should be intercepted. In your test config you might do something like the following:\n\n```typescript\n// Prevent Bluebird from thinking ineeda mocks are Promises:\nineeda.intercept\u003cPromise\u003cany\u003e\u003e(Promise, { then: null });\n\n// Prevent RxJS from thinking ineeda mocks are Schedulers:\nineeda.intercept\u003cScheduler\u003e(Observable, { schedule: null });\n```\n\nThen later, in your tests, you could do the following:\n\n```typescript\nlet mockObject = ineeda\u003cMyObject\u003e();\n\nfunction looksLikePromise (obj) {\n    return !!obj.then;\n}\n\nlooksLikePromise(mockObject); // true;\nlooksLikePromise(mockObject.intercept(Promise)); // false;\n\nlet mockObject = ineeda\u003cMyObject\u003e();\nlet myObservable$ = Observable.of(mockObject.intercept(Observable));\n```\n\nYou can also *globally* intercept something on all objects, by using the `intercept` method without the `key`:\n\n```typeScript\nineeda.intercept({\n    // Prevent zone.js from thinking ineeda mocks are unconfigurable:\n    __zone_symbol__unconfigurables: null\n});\n```\n\n### Adding behaviour to proxied values:\n\n`intercept` can also be used to augment the behaviour of all mocks.
