It consists of the libraries:\n   msvis\n   calibration\n   synthesis\n   flagging\n   simulators\n   ionosphere\nThe prorgram lwimager (part of synthesis) is the main deliverable.\n\nIt can be checked out like:\n svn co svn+ssh://user@lofar9.astron.nl/var/svn/repos/trunk/casarest casarest\n\nIt uses cmake as its build system (minimum version is 2.6)\nand can be built like:\n\n cd casarest\n mkdir build\n cd build\n cmake .. -DCASACORE_ROOT_DIR=/home/user\n   -DHDF5_ROOT_DIR=/Users/diepen/hdf5-3xx ..\n   -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/home/user\n   -DLIB_EXTRA_SYNTHESIS=gfortran\n   -DBUILD_ALL=1\n\nBy default only the msvis, calibration, and synthesis libraries are\nbuilt as well as the lwimager program.\nIf -DBUILD_ALL=1 is given, the flagging and simulators libraries are\nbuilt too.\nIonosphere is not built at the moment, because it depends on the PIM package.\n\nThe synthesis library is a mix of Fortran and C++ code, hence the\nfortran library needs to known when linking synthesis.\nAlas cmake versions before 2.8 did not handle it well. Therefore this\nlibrary needs to be given using -DLIB_EXTRA_SYNTHESIS.
