In particular it deals with\nprecise timekeeping and astrometry, using the SOFA and NOVAS\nlibraries.\n\nAlthough it aspires to precision, it has only been used for relatively\nundemanding applications thus far. I am not a VLBI astrometrist so\nI could easily have gotten some things wrong in even the very few\nfeatures I've implemented so far.\n\nAttribution, Licensing, and Copyright\n=====================================\n\nNew files in this package are copyright Peter Williams and are\nlicensed under the GPL version 3 or higher.\n\nQuoting novas/README.txt: \"NOVAS has no licensing requirements.
