The objective was to provide an introduction to efficient data manupulation with `tidyverse`.\n\n## Outline\n\n- **Part 1 (~ 2 hours)**\n\n  - Understand the basics of data manipulation techniques using R.\n\n  - Learn how to manipulate and transform raw data into a format suitable for analysis using `dplyr` and `tidyr`.\n    - **filtering**\n    - **grouping**, **summarizing** / **aggregating**\n    - **joining** data from multiple sources\n\n- **Part 2 (~ 1 hour)**\n\n  1. Working on your own data\n  2.
